In talk therapy, you can gain insight, uncover unconscious patterns and deepen self-acceptance, so that you can move towards living a balanced, empowered and successful life.

I utilize psychodynamic therapy, in particular Object Relations and Attachment Theory, with interventions from cognitive therapy, mindfulness and somatic psychotherapy.
