Jennifer’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and engaging. She brings a nuanced understanding of the complexities of modern family life, parenting, relationships, and identity development. Jennifer enjoys helping clients recognize and shift long-standing patterns, navigate complex relationships, strengthen their sense of self, and build more connected and authentic lives.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Jennifer spent over twenty years working as a television producer in both the UK and the United States, including at the BBC and across various U.S. television networks. Her background in fast-paced creative and high-performance environments gives her a nuanced understanding of stress, burnout, identity transitions, interpersonal dynamics, and the pressures that can accompany ambitious professional lives.
