About Claudia

How can I help you improve your quality of life and relieve suffering? I value connection, trust and authenticity, and endeavor to bring this to the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the self’s ability to heal, so that we may achieve a new experience of freedom.

I was born and raised in Great Britain and have lived, studied and worked in diverse communities all over the world. I speak five languages, enabling me to bring a strong understanding of difference to my work. I have worked in the wellness field since 2000, have studied holistic healing and am certified in Shiatsu and Reiki. I received extensive training and experience in yoga and meditation, including a year-long residency, resulting in 2 yoga certifications and thousands of hours teaching yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and meditation to children and adults. This background has given me a rich understanding of approaching each person holistically.

In addition to my private practice, I offer consultation and clinical supervision to other clinicians, facilitate trainings for those learning EMDR therapy, speak on trauma-related topics and hold the title of Approved Consultant, EMDRIA's senior title of expertise.
